1. Deposit:
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount goes toward your total service cost. Deposits can be sent via PayPal (please contact for the link). Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.2. No Extra Guests:
For the comfort and safety of all clients, no extra guests are allowed during appointments unless being serviced.
3. Punctuality:
Please arrive on time. A $25 late fee will be applied if you are 10 minutes or more late. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled at the stylist’s discretion.
4. Payment Fees:
There is a $2 processing fee when paying by card or tap-to-pay methods.
5. Last-Minute Bookings:
Appointments made less than 24 hours in advance will include a $25 last-minute booking fee.
6. Cancellations:
To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
