Welcome to The Palace of Beauty, where elegance meets excellence. To ensure a safe, respectful, and luxurious experience for all clients and staff, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies:

💎 Appointments & Scheduling

  • Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to hold your reservation.
  • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule or may receive a cancellation.
  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
  • No-Shows: Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

💎 Payments & Pricing

  • Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and PayPal payments. We do not accept Cash App or Apple Pay. Gratuities are appreciated and can be added to your bill.
  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change. Quotes for custom services will be provided during consultation.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not offered. However, we strive for satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns.

💎 Health & Safety

  • Sanitation: We follow strict hygiene protocols in accordance with state regulations.
  • Illness: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness.
  • Allergies & Sensitivities: Please inform your stylist or technician of any known allergies prior to your service.

💎 Conduct & Courtesy

  • Respectful Behavior: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
  • Children & Guests: To preserve a relaxing environment, we ask that children and guests not receiving services remain supervised and quiet.
  • Privacy: Client information is kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.

💎 Service Guarantee

  • Follow-Up: If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 72 hours. We may offer a complimentary adjustment at our discretion.
  • Results: While we strive for perfection, individual results may vary based on hair type, skin condition, and other factors.
